KPFK FY11 budget 9:03 PM (ET)

The committee discussed the KPFK FY11 proposed budget. There were concerns
raised about unbudgeted hires over the past year. It was noted that the
solar panel project should not be in the FY11 budget because it's supposed
to be funded by private donations. There was some concern about the
projected total revenue.

Problems were noted with the spreadsheet itself, not all of the data was
showing up for all members. Some members said that the numbers weren't
adding up correctly.

It was decided that the proposed FY11 budget was not ready for the
committee's consideration.

The CFO said that she was adding depreciation to all of the budgets.
There was a discussion of which budgets were coming before the PNB and
when.

Motion: (Bruce Wolf) "To adjourn." (Passed without objection)
