Minutes for the regular National Finance Committee meeting January 10, 2012.<br />

Meeting convened at 8:47 PM (ET) a quorum being present, the Chair and Secretary being present.<br />

Attending: Ken Aaron, Jim Boyd, Bill Crosier, Kim Kaufman, R. Paul Martin, Tracy Rosenberg, Alex Steinberg, Barbara<br />
Whipperman, Lavarn Williams,  also on the call were KPFK General Manager Bernard Duncan and KPFK Operations Director<br />
Zuberi Fields.<br />

The Chair started the meeting by offering the condolences of the committee to Executive Director Arlene Engleheart whose<br />
mother passed away this afternoon. The Chair said that the committee would start with this open session and then go to<br />
executive session for the discussion of a contractual matter. The intention is to have the executive session last for<br />
about an hour and a quarter then come back to open session. The Chair explained that we have guests with us tonight and<br />
have to accommodate their schedules.<br />
