(Passed without objection) CPB update 10:41 PM (ET) The interim Executive Director reported that she was working closely with Pacifica's FCC lawyer Crigler to get our CPB funding re-adjudicated. KPFK and KPFT reported their information correctly to the CPB, WPFW, WBAI and KPFA got it wrong. Everything has now been sent to the CPB with Crigler's approval. The CPB wants A lot more information, including minutes. Crigler says to accept the lower funding level, otherwise pacifica could lose $200,000 for a year. We need to have one report from Pacifica to the CPB, not five stations reporting individually. The committee discussed this report and its implications. Motion: (Jamie Ross) "To adjourn to the executive session." (Passed without objection) Adjourned 10:47 PM (ET) Submitted by R. Paul Martin, Secretary
