PNB Directors Alex Steinberg, Dewayne Lark and Grace Aaron and are calling for this special meeting of the Pacifica National Board, for the purposes:  1- Creation of a Management Team composed of PNB Officers working with the iED, 2- Changing the location of the National Office, 3 - Approving all signatory authorizations required and 4 -  voting on amended and restated Bylaws for the Pacifica Foundation proposed by a member petition and 4 - any other pressing financial, legal and/or management matters.
