matters relating to individual employees, proprietary information, litigation and other matters requiring the confidential advice of counsel, commercial or financial information obtained from a person on a privileged or confidential basis, or the sale or mortgaging of property or services whenever the premature exposure of such purchase would compromise the interests of the Foundation

This meeting has been called for by Directors Bill Crosier, Grace Aaron, Ken Laufer, and Jonathan Alexander, per Pacifica Bylaws Article Six, Section 2. The meeting will include an executive session to discuss confidential legal matters requiring advice of counsel, and personnel and contractual issues.
